Our paint kits are custom made and shipped within 2 days from receipt of payment. Contact us directly if you are interested in purchasing more than 2 kits at one time.
Open Party Reservations: Due to the custom nature of our party events, we do not offer refunds. You may request to reschedule to another event with 24 hours' notice. You may also send a friend in your place.
Private Party Bookings: Due to the custom nature of these party events, we do not offer refunds. You may request to reschedule your event with 4 days prior notice.
Paint Kits: Our paints kits are non-refundable. If a kit is damaged during shipping, contact us and we will replace any of the damaged items at no additional cost to you.
